2. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear instructions, source footage, logos, branding guidelines (if any), and other necessary materials. Ensure all submitted content complies with copyright and legal regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required before work begins. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during project discussion. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of free revisions (typically 2 rounds unless otherwise agreed). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of the original content provided. Edited videos are delivered for client use; however, BSQUARE Visuals retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless a prior written request is made to restrict usage.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the creative nature of video editing, completed projects are non-refundable. If a project is canceled before editing work begins, a partial refund (minus any work or consultation fees) may be considered.

7. Limitation of Liability

BSQUARE Visuals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
