1. Services

B SQUARE Visuals provides professional video editing services for businesses, creators, and individuals.
All project details, processes, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and confirmed before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions, required footage, brand assets, and any relevant materials.

• Ensure that all provided content complies with copyright laws and applicable regulations.

• Obtain all permissions necessary for the use of any third-party materials submitted for editing.

3. Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment may be required before project commencement.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the project discussion.

• Important: Although our business operates under B SQUARE Visuals, all payments are processed and received under the name “Byte Meister.” This name may appear on your invoice or bank/credit card statement.

• Late payments may result in project delays, paused work, or additional fees.

4. Revisions

• Each project typically includes two (2) free revision rounds unless otherwise agreed.

• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.

• Revisions must be requested within the project’s active period; inactive projects may require reactivation fees.

5. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain full ownership of all original content they provide.

• Final edited videos are licensed for the client’s use upon full payment.

• B SQUARE Visuals may showcase completed work in portfolios, reels, or marketing materials unless the client requests in writing to restrict such use.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the creative and time-based nature of video editing, completed projects are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled before editing begins, a partial refund may be offered minus any consultation, planning, or administrative fees.

• No refunds apply if the client becomes unresponsive or delays the project for extended periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

B SQUARE Visuals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including delays, file loss, or third-party platform issues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of New York, United States.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
