Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be waived.

6. Customer communications

When you submit an inquiry, appointment request, or service request, you authorize B SQUARE Visuals, a DBA of B SQUARE, to respond using the contact information you provided.

This authorization permits communications reasonably connected with your request. It does not, by itself, provide consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Marketing and promotional SMS messages require separate consent.

7. SMS Terms of Service

Service-related messages are limited to the customer relationship, appointment, account, inquiry, or requested service.

Marketing messages about services offered by B SQUARE Visuals, a DBA of B SQUARE

Marketing and promotional messages are sent only to customers who separately agreed to receive that category of messages.

A customer who consents to service-related messages does not automatically consent to marketing or promotional messages. A customer who consents to marketing messages will receive only the categories covered by that consent.

7.3 Consent

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Consent applies only to the message categories selected by the customer during the opt-in process.

Submitting a telephone number through a general contact, appointment, or inquiry form does not by itself provide consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages unless the customer separately selects and agrees to a marketing SMS disclosure.

Where automated messaging technology is used, opting in authorizes B SQUARE Visuals, a DBA of B SQUARE, to send messages covered by the selected consent to the mobile number provided.

You represent that:

The telephone number you provide is accurate
You are the subscriber or customary user of that number
You are authorized to provide consent for messages sent to that number
You will notify us if the number changes or is reassigned

SMS consent cannot be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with another business for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records will not be provided to affiliates, marketing partners, or other businesses for their independent promotional activities.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

7.4 Message frequency

Message frequency may vary.

The number of messages you receive may depend on your appointments, service activity, customer support requests, account activity, and the categories of messages you selected.

7.5 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and mobile service plan. B SQUARE Visuals, a DBA of B SQUARE, is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

7.6 Opt-out instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

An opt-out request does not cancel an appointment, service, purchase, or other business relationship. It stops SMS messages covered by the opt-out.

You may contact us through another available method if you need assistance after unsubscribing.

7.7 Rejoining instructions

To rejoin the SMS program, sign up again using the same opt-in process used initially.

A previous opt-in will not be treated as new consent after you have unsubscribed.
